STEP 1
- WORKSHOP ONE -
Workshop one explores how your team can collaborate to perform more effectively. We identify coordination issues generated through unskilful communication, unproductive conversations and unclear requests resulting in incomplete tasks.
Following Workshop one, your team will have the skill and shared knowledge to collaborate more effectively through the use of several unique speech acts to enhance conversational clarity and improve productivity, even when faced with challenging and stressful periods.

An Inspiring and motivating talk for events and conferences.
Labelled the toughest footrace on the planet, the Marathon des Sables is a six-day, 250 km Ultramarathon held each year in the Sahara Desert, Morocco. The conditions are fierce, with a surprising variety of terrains from soft sand, flat rocky plains, kilometres of dunes, and Jebels (Morrocan mountains) all while carrying a 10kg pack.
The Marathon Des Sables pushed Phil to the edge of his physiological and psychological limits. Phil found himself dehydrated, lacking energy and suffering from over 20 infected blood blisters 25 km’s into day 4, the longest single stage at 86 km. Phil managed to finish day four after 24hrs running throughout the night to make it to the finish line by 8 am the following day. The race still had another stage, a marathon.
